Service Terms
If the lashes were done by Tina, there will be no charge to remove them.

Fills over 4 weeks will be considered a new set. Must have at least 50 precent of lashes remaining to be considered a fill.*Fills only apply if the lashes were previously done by Tina.

Please come to your appointment with no makeup on your eyes. Your lashes must be squeaky clean to ensure good retention for your new lash extensions. If you come to your appointment with makeup on or last nights mascara, I will have to clean them at an additional charge.
