Description
How to Use:
- Remove all makeup around eye with oil free makeup remover. (NO makeup wipes, even if they state that they are oil free.)
- Fill foam pump bottle with concentrated lash shampoo and distilled water. 1:4 ratio. 1: shampoo 4: distilled water
- Rock the bottle to mix.
- Apply the rich foam on the eye and surrounding skin.
- Brush eyelashes softly following eyelash growth.
- Rinse.
